Day3 Delt/Quads/hams 15-20 mins Cardio
Day 4,5,6 same but instead of hams id switch to calves and Cardio 15-20

Hey Thanks Man,

I do mostly Pyramid style , compound mostly first 3-4 movement and 2-3 cables added as well for most body parts specially upper.

reps are like staying b/w 10-15,8-10

Talking ON 100% Gold Standard ..All Da Way for me..:)

I just Love it..very light on stomach and seems to be working fine , its a good Whey Isolate..and decent and even lower in sugars as well as compared to standard whey protiens...
