just up the calories but keep saturated fats low. eat lots of protein and efa's and complex carbs. keep sugar and fats separate.

Make DHEA effective?

I've been trying to think up a way to make DHEA effective. I know in Methyl 1D they use DHEA and some type of antiestrogen to boost test levels.

i dont want to make a major purchase for a test...
