I can't say anything for the nano since I havn't used it but Halo seemed to work...

I'm not sure of the ingredient listings but CellTech is ment Post-Workout so I would assume it would be fine. Right now I am taking SP250, Intra-AID, CellTech and doing great.

I noticed the same thing but IMO it didn't justify the cost, not to mention all pre-workout supps.. and intra-workout.. that i've tried produce the same outcome (few more reps) with other advantages....
