Well it depends on what you are trying...

Well it depends on what you are trying accomplish......if you want to lose weight numerically the cardio can help with that, but if you want to try and tone you body up its becomes really important...

It probably has more to do with your bone structure and muscle attachments, than with your workout, as these will only make the muscles larger but not necessarily change the way you posture
