Ibuprofen and Lipo 6?

This is just a what if question. But i can't see any complications between the two. But i'm not positive, so i'm posting this question.

Any complications with taking Ibuprofen and Lipo6 together?

How effective is Creatine straight into the mouth??? (instead of a shaker bottle)

title kinda says it all, i left my shaker bottle at home, and didn't have any cash to buy a water bottle

so i ended up just taking a scoop of green mag straight into the mouth, and washing it down...
