finished my samples today ! hit chest and my whole upper body felt pumped like crazy.....i was able to keep my strength throughout my workout ! Yesterday it was quads and again had an awesome...

Thanks ! Yeah i think it's a smart thing to add weight only after i'll be able to rep 225 x 8-10 times.....next chest workout i'll go for 5-6 reps !

Benched 225 today for the first time and.....

....and i actually got 4 clean reps ! I'm so excited about it that i had to share with someone ...i told my wife about it and she said " that's nice darling " aha !

Received my samples yesterday and put Plazmosis to the test today ! Trained hamstrings and biceps and must say i'm very impressed....
