Hst

routine
I head to the gym everyday. but for 2 days of the week, so i devy it up by bodypart. That and my workouts take 1-1.5 hours so to avoid being at the gym till forever, I stick to a body part a day.

using tricep day as an example:
start off with close grip bench on the olympic bar/ 25 plates on each side/ 4-5 sets/ 6-10 reps
