I'm not sure what ATG means....but I do a lot of deep squats so I guess I would say just below parallel because I feel like it really hits the booty on the way up! I think those give me the best...

did my leg circuit today...instead of doing regular squats I did front squats and I used my 30lb dumbbells to do them....I think by switching to front squats that made my circuit a bit more...
