I allways switched back and forth between a tredmill and the elliptical. After doing the treadmill so much it started hurting my knees. but its totally up to you and how you feel.

if u feel like ur training more than ur biceps...

if u feel like ur training more than ur biceps try preacher curls they isolate ur biceps. and like veryone said jus drop a little weight and get ur form down

sumo is a wide stance dealift with a close grip it helps ur inner legs. deadlift is mostly genetics. and u might be lfting with your back to much 2
