Buff Girl in a Little Dress

The same exact thing happened to me a few weekends ago - except I was a bridesmaid and not the bride (always a bridesmaid....). I couldn't get the stupid dress to zip over my back. It took a corset...

Blasted Obliques

I've had the same problem with the widening of my obliques. I was doing a lot of side crunches with dumbbells on the hyperextension bench and it didn't take long before I saw that my waist was in...

Creatine and Bloating. Ick.

Has anyone experienced bloating when they started taking creatine? I knew that it was a possibility, I was just hoping that I would be one of the lucky ones that didn't have to deal with it. That...

That totally happened to me last night!

I was about 30 minutes into a killer run and I got those same exact pains in my gut. I thought it was menstrual cramps or (eh hem) poo cramps. But it passed after a couple of minutes. I have no...
