Sounds like you may want to eat something before you work out. This happens to me when I don't eat enough and then try and go all out. You can't drive a car with no gas in it, lol.

Im currently on a 50% pro 30% carbs and 20% fat. I like it very much. I have plently of energy in the gym and feel great all the time. But everybody is different. Try it out and see if its for you.
