well looks like you can just do flat bench 4 sets...

well looks like you can just do flat bench 4 sets and after each set do 15-20 push ups with your feet on the bench so you can hit your upper chest also.

keep increasing weight after each set.

just normal flat bench press, if you can incline/decline do those too...and if you have some db's do some flies; also try to superset any of those work outs with some push ups
