I feel that stretch shown in the picture is excessive. I would stick to doing a couple shoulder rehab moves with bands: band dislocates, band pull aparts, arm circles, posterior capsule stretch.

It's a great workout and will kick your a**, given that you don't take long rest periods and work on the Squat - Push - Pull exercises on your heavy days with 80-95% of your 1rm.
