Looks good to me... maybe you could take the friday workout out and just resting that day or taking wednesday off and moving everything else up a day. You could also lower your sets down to 3-4. ...

I agree, also depends on the ingredients, that person may be sensitive to. I have never really experienced any stomach discomfort with any test boosters. But I have noticed it with many pre workout...

I lower them... but i am usually never laying around doing nothing. I like to go with how my body feels and go by that. Some days need more than others.

Dont worry about what your bodyfat percentage is... that doesnt prove anything. Pro bodybuilders do not check there bodyfat when getting ready for a show, they go by look and thats all that matters!...

I used it for a short amount of time and completely shut down my sex drive.... I wouldnt recommend it. What it did to your estrogen levels is crazy! Glad your off it... the side effects arent worth...

Depends sometimes squats really hits your lower back and makes it soar. A lot of leg exercises require you to keep your core tight and this includes your lower back!

True, i wouldnt recommend doing a total body workout all the time but ocasionally is okay. I would stick to isolating your bodyparts for best results in size....

M stack was ok... no drastic gains from it but in my opinion Anabolic Pump and M Stack are 2 different products. Anabolic pump enhances insulin where M Stack utilizes methoxy isoflavones.
