mr. jeff- it really isn't that painful... as i mentioned i waited 7 weeks thinking it was gonna get better. the only exercises I REALLY couldn't do were chest press and flyes. I could still do 245...

Labrum Tear- Surgery on Tuesday

I just found out a few hours ago that i tore my labrum 7 weeks ago and need to get surgery for it. As long as I kept weight off it, my shoulder didn't really hurt at all so I didn't think it was...
