There's so much cardio work in P90X it's ridiculous. I tried it for two and a half months straight and said "Ok, I'm skinny enough to hell with this." It really helped me shed the poundage...

I didn't experience any bloat with Green MAGnitude (come to think of it I haven't experience bloating with regular mono either), but regardless creatine will essentially add the lbs. as water weight....
