I take my iphone for an ipod also but only during cardio, i have the option of the music at the gym or the tvs and lets face it for some reason the tvs are always turned to food network or something...

for cardio i like some of the remixed techno stuff... crazy as it sounds that beat drives you to go faster even when you turn up the resistance and you find your 30 minutes to an hour flying by!!

yes very helpful!!! after talking with a trainer friend of mine she too said for a first show to allow myself a little more of a window especially since i have never had to order a suit or anything...

I have set in my mind that I would like to compete, with goal being a show at the end of November, which gives me 15 weeks. I would love to be ready for this one and am training hard enough to do it...

the storms here...

just grazed over us... we did have some of that crazy hail when they came in though... some the size of baseballs even.. upon inspection we had one ding.. very fortunate!!
