I agree that competing doesn't cause ED's but it sure does trigger one. During the prep restriction takes over, yet post contest is when major binging and bulimia can be triggered...it's so hard to...

I'm happy your getting better. It is SO vital to have good nutrition to weight train. Unlike cardio...the meals before and after weight training can make or break your workout. Eat balanced smalls...

I said to take SAN Shredded with at least a gallon of water. Is that even pre contest. Because I didn't drink a gallon and ended up holding water....
