i use it alot
use 1 scoop after workout and 1 half hour before you eat your last meal...shake whatever.....theres 3 grams of creatine in each scoop 3000 mg = 3 grams!...i dont know about the new one the AVPT but...

eat something
i use to drink it in the morning but i got outta that i eat food instead now....if you can try eating instead in the mornings....
thats my 2 cents also
