Looks good. Though your protein looks a little high, From what I've read, usually the carbs should be higher then the protein. I personally use a carbs 45-55 % Protien 30-40 % and fat 15-25 % macro...

Working Body Part Once A Week?

I was wondering if it is allright to workout the muscle on once a week. I was thinking of doing a split program kinda like this:

Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Arms

i see what your saying there, but if I say do 50 crunches, then next time do 75 crunches, but I can easily do 100 crunches, wouldn't those lower number crunches be kinda useless. Or am I wrong here? ...
