Grams of fat lost during cardio

OK, so while I was doing my cardio tonight I was thinking how many grams of fat I was burning.

I did 45 mins at 3.0 mph.

1st 15 mins - 9.0 incline
2nd 15 mins - 10.0
3rd 15 mins- 11.0

same with me, i think its because when u do flat,...

same with me, i think its because when u do flat, you use all your chest but when you do upper, you only use upper... i honestly have no idea why that happens, but id like to know
