I would not change it for a while. Run it for maybe 12 weeks as written, take a week off and pick up where you stopped for 12 more weeks. At that point if you don't think you are gaining enough size...

Thanks Ken. It is mostly A Bill Starr program with some tinkering. I'm hitting it for 7 or 8 weeks to hit some 3 rep PRs. :) (The preacher curls were a last minute ego add on. ;))

From your avitar it looks like you have already some great ground work done. I'd work on strength while eating a clean diet with an excess of calories. Stick with it for maybe 6 months of hard work....

Speed pulls are deadlifts done at light(er) to moderate weights to work at getting the bar moving quickly off the floor. That seems to be my sticking point on max deadlifts.
