14 is a great age to get started i wish i started when i was that old but the only advice really needed is no deadlifts or other lifts that could possibly cause his growth to be stunted!

dont decrease anything! increase how many reps you do with 115 have a friend spot you so you can push yourself even more so you can build more strength!

dont eat past 8 because your body does nothing when it sleeps so all the carbs, calories, etc are stored as fat which is very bad if you are trying to loose weight.
