MARKTRENCH is right, not all products work the same on every. I've had the best results with Cell Tech. I gained 20lbs in 3 months. There hasn't been any other supplement I've taken to do anything...

I agree...
I like the 100% Whey by Optimum too. I'm currently on it. I don't know, I just didn't get what I wanted out of the Lean System 7. It did keep my body fat low but at the time I at clean too and ran 4...
