Unhappy Body fat and shooting blanks

I got my bodyfat measured by a trainer at one of our local gyms. It came back as 16.4%, which is about 6% higher than I expected.

The trainer told me that between 12-18% is healthy and anything...

Hook Grip

I been into Olympic Weightlifting for about 12 months now.

I was taught to use hook grip from the very beginning, even when I was just using the bar.
