I always say its one of the best pain to feel. For me i usually get sore 2days later and it feels good to know i hit all the right muscles. And to ease the sore in a good way BCAA and Glutamine works...

I think its because they get it out the way early...
I think its because they get it out the way early and function better later on plus its a garanteed work out. Cause we all know that life often diter us some how with other responsibilities.

Yeh dips work and for me i find that when i lean in it hits the lower pecs. also
you can stick a plate under a bench and use a barbell, and have it come down under the nipple area.
