5 grams mono daily. I haven't experienced bloat ever and I've been using creatine for years.. I heard CEE is a hyped product. Stick with Mono. No need to load either.

exactly. ha ha. Try fyre, scorch, or stim X IMO. I'm currently cutting and I've been using Stim X. It works pretty well. I actually had to down my dosage because it's strong stuff.

Looks like what you use is pretty good, but you might consider trading those gnc multis in for Animal pak. A lot better multi for the money. And maybe add an NO suppliment to maintain a good nitro...

looks expensive. but if you have the cash go for it. Not sure about the E-bol though. I've heard from other people on hear that it doesn't work well. At least not as well as it's hyped.
