This month I will do cardio 4-5 times a week. Maybe I will see more results :)

I hate cardio but I have to do some because I am climber and weight lifting is not enough for me....

My daily intake is 1400 -1650kcal (45%P 30%C 25%F) . I eat every 2 hours. Somtimes it is 1.5 hour. Is it ok when I am cutting?
