Actually with the warmer weather I have little to no problem with my arthritis and am feeling stronger. So this is working well.

Yes I really like the machine- I go pretty heavy when I use it- my leg workouts have been changing a bit- the warmer weather in Florida I don't have the arthritis issues I had in the cooler states....

the machine that you rest one leg and pump one leg with weight- sorta like a horse kick? Maybe Glute press isnt the correct term- but its what I use... :)
