This flavor was absolutely horrendous. Defnitely will never buy again.

Yea it is a great product hopefully ya can get your hands on a sample.

It must also be noted I used it with strict diet and cardio. Plus I was a little soft in the midsection to begin with haha.

I don't believe ot has omega 3's. I usually dose at 1 cap three times a day. (1000mg caps). I also does flax seed oil pills the same way alternating one meal gets a flax pill next meal gets fish oil....
