I heard from a female friend in the gym that creatine just makes females bloated and reatin water. Is this true or does it actually help with muscle development?

I was taping a few days ago and noticed that for my calf, forearm, thigh, bicep (well arm) one was bigger than the other some by a whole centimeter. Are most people disporportioned? Is that normal?...
