well graham and atlas had a lot of upper body strength but lower body its different. iwould sy sammartino patera mark henryand one or two others maybe hulk hogan.

well he could bench 545pounds and squats 600pounds for reps back in the day . a pinch grip of over 100pounds is also good. i herad this thing about his deadlift we should ask him about his best lifts
