Definitely sounds tempting! I tore my ACL about three years ago throwing the heavy hammer in the mud and I just had a second surgery on the same knee to scrape out some torn miniscus and bone chips....

My favorites for lower back are good mornings, pull-throughs and of course 45 degree hypers.

Definitely give good mornings a try if you've never done them before....just be sure to do them...
