What would be some good foods to eat after i weigh in right before i wrestle? Usually i just eat some yogurt and a bannana with honey. Is there anything else i could eat for good carbs that wouldnt...

i cant swallow pills. it mite just all be in my head idk but i cant swallow the smallest of pills. i just want to kno if its ok that i crush them..and that i empty the capsules into pudding and eat...
