I'm in also... I guess my goal is to drop as much as possible, I have been in the game for a long time to know you just have to stick to it... But technically if I drop the 2lbs/week that's 24lbs...

This is gonna be regular from now on. Training legs and then going for a 2.5 hour ice skate with some hard skating but the majority is calm skating but i'm traning for hockey so i'm alway bent over...

I see a bunch of ppl in the gym hold their breath (who knows why) for their whole set. Do you do this? You stop lifting and go back to normal breathing and possibly this causes it.

drop your cardio (or to 1/2 sessions a week) and your maintenance will go down quite a bit so you will be at the correct level eating ~2100/daily.
