could the program work well only with 2 workouts a week? anybody try it? I only can train monday, tuesday and friday.

Hello.

I want to know if I'm in the correct way.

Let us suppose, I'm doing a routine to gain strength.And i will do this progression:

Week 1 : 5x5
Week 2 : 5x4
Week 3 : 5x3
Week 4 : 5x5

Maybe you sholud eliminate this Ham - Wtd Glute-Ham Raise , because it work very good with deadlift , also is better do deadlift first .
