Back in the 70's if I am correct there was a system that bodybuilders would use. It was a 6 set system that followed 15,12,10,10,8,6. Is this the most effective or least effective training...

I would like to change my carbs from 20 to a higher because I can not find foods that would fit in with 20 carbs. I am not exercising and I want to raise my carb level above 20 so I can lose weight....
