yes, something is better than nothing, but unless you go to failure your not getting optimal strength and mass gains, its the whole pushing past limits and they will expand concept.

sounds like a good idea but i would have my rep range up around 10-12 and have 2-3 set, but you can do whatever works best.

Good point you should trying adding some negatives to your workout, or for a cycle just do negatives and then switch back.

Supersets are often down with two different exercises each for a different muscle(e.g. biceps curls followed by kick backs or another triceps exercise) because it increases blood flow to the whole...

No where in any of this have i seen genetics mentioned. Yes everybody can get decently defined abs, but you genetics will determine what its gonna take, there is no definite workout or diet that will...

I agree with the above, i always end my chest...

I agree with the above, i always end my chest workouts with a set of pushups to push myself to complete muscle failure, and no i try to land on my knees instead of falling.
