i want to gain size on my glutes without adding size to my thighs. would it be okay for me to go heavy and low reps on glutes and light with high reps for thighs?

thanks mindi....that explains why i feel sore on my back the next day. so can i still get benefits from not squeezing my butt all the way forward. i have been doing them kinda like a pelvic lift.
