I dont agree. Isnt it about 15 calories per pound of body weight for maint. which is about 2400...

A deficit is the only way to drop BF %. So just dont drop the workout and make sure that the remaining caloric intake is quality. If it is not quality it would be "Taxation without Representation"....

I have one of those digital liar scales myself and I can drop 10 pounds and still have the same BF %. I also have calipers and they read about 1/2 of the % of the scale.
