Who were these two children gang leaders??

1. You need carbs pre and post workout.. muscle is lost during workouts, and in layman's terms, you need carbs...

Cracking at wrist joint??

I keep getting continious cracking at my left wrist joint when doing rowing type exercises... there isn't really pain associated with it.. but mentally i cannot perform the exercises when i hear...
