Raw milk is much higher in fat. I dont have all the macros down, but 1/2 a litre is about 300 calories from what I remember, Im actually sipping on some now.

320 to 190 here, I will get a pic of my calves tonight and show you, I never work them out and they are massive, I can calf raise over 600lbs without a problem.

I eat at noon pretty much on the dot and dont like to eat within an hour of my workout. I typically eat immedietely pwo but before my workout doesnt matter, as long as it is atleast and hour before.

Typically 18 hours. Im fasted from 6pm until 12pm the next day. I give myself a 6 hour window to eat, between 12pm and 6pm, Im never hungry and my workouts are amazing.
