Thanks everyone for their input!! I will definately watch the fat intake. I do break up the almonds to equal 1 full serving...but it can be easy to misjudge the amt!

I also found the FF Feta Cheese and put a dash of it my scramble eggs in the morning and a little bit on my salad. The FF version tasts great! Just make sure to fit it in your macros!
