if you're coming off of an ED, just eat and lift...keeping track or trying to stick to a new meal plan might not be the way to go...

maybe you should try eating a little more...figure out your BMR, add 20% for daily activity, add 500 cals for your workouts, then back that off a little...1800 might not be enough to keep your body...
