personally I get a better workout with bodypart splits- easier to fully work and exhaust each muscle group. once in a while I'll throw in a few circuit days, but I prefer a 4 day split.

Walden Farms peanut butter

I haven't tried their pb yet, but I do use their salad dressings. They're ok tasting- but worth the sacrifice over full-fat blue cheese if you eat the amount of veggies that I do :)
