Week 1 = 2 sets Week 2 = 3 sets Week 3 = 4...

Week 1 = 2 sets
Week 2 = 3 sets
Week 3 = 4 sets
Week 4 = 5 sets
Week 5 = start back over with 2 sets

The idea is to progressively increase your volume then deload after the intense week of 5...
