Tomorrow I return to MWF routine! I plan on doing Rippetoes for at least 8 weeks but will probably switch to IronAddict's SPBR for the rest of summer. Sucks working out alone.

stairmaster!? holy hell...I use elliptical or v-bike lately, ever since I nearly fell off the treadmill I tend to avoid it :)

Do you prefer stairmaster over everything else or just mix it up?
