Did anyone check out the routine from Men's Health..

This month's issue?

It's basically a full body routine that's done 3 days a week... it's pretty cool... I tried it out today and it felt good.

I especially like the reverse grip bench press.

I do that too sometimes... or I'd look straight into the mirror when I'm doing incline bench... looking at the bar tends to discourage me when I'm lifting heavy.

It works for me so =P
