By bodytype is ectomorph I have learned for my body, heavy wght, w/higher reps ( 10 - 15) helpls me grow!

You need to look at serving sizes and get to know them well. Things like understanding what a 1/4 , 1/2 , 1 cup. Also understand what 3 ounces-8 ounces look like and this will help you out a lot...

It is thru as for gains are usually about 2lbs however if gain 20 is young between 18-25yrs old he can gane a good bit more if he trained consistanly. But 40lbs is pushing it. I did not address...

If you are trying to gain your protein is on point however ,you need carbs and fat too. Make sure you are getting carbs in. See if you take in enough protein but not enough carbs well your strength...
