It had a similar effect on me except it lasted about 15 minutes. It kind of felt like I was floating and my body was a pendulum, swinging from my head lol

It took at least 2 grams though.

Every day, and I like it. It just tastes like lemon with a hint of vanilla. There isn't one bit of fishyness to it. Unlike pills, which aren't flavor-masked, you don't get fishy burps.

I do skulls on a decline (with an EZ-curl bar) as I like the greater range of motion. I, too, get elbow pain but it usually goes away after about two sets. Make sure you warm up properly.

Yeah probably, I'm just only familiar with XJs (what my girl drives) and WJs (what i drive). Iron Rock Off Road also has some nice stuff.
